No, the list meant was asking who the best singer was, not the best voice. If it were based on who was the best voice, Bob Dylan wouldn't even be on the list!

very true. but this wan't about that. it was about who had the best singing voice. while i do agree that he is one of the best at putting emotions and feeling into a song, i have a hard time believing that is voice is what has carried him thu this business.
