  • I think that's Mike Davis - former alaska legislator. For those wondering where and how Sarah Palin fished and fishes - Mikes fishing rights are right next to Todd's, have been for years. Davis is one of Alaska's underused resources. He probably wouldnt remember me, but he's a Hell of a good guy. Not a bad fisherman either it seems.
