  • Great way to think about selling! It's not always about you. Think about the sellee. Don't use the same sales pitch on people who are completely different from each other.

  • You are so right when you say "It's not how you sell...it's how they buy."  Thanks for reminding me of these four types of customers. Sometimes we get so involved, we forget we should concentrate on the customer.
