how to pull the user name and filter the data from the list and populate only few fields., also what happens if the user update any of these fields, exaple change the manager or role?

Not being able to use the date picker in firefox kind of sucks. Do you know if this is fixed with the 2010 version. I wonder if it is possible to override the date picker and use a custom code that works on both browsers.
