Schmutz is a Belgian rock band of the 1980s.
Schmutz is best known for their modest hit Love Games in 1984 from the album Lip Service. The synthesiser-intro of Love Games was later used by Paris Avenue, in their song "In My Mind".
The band is taken from Limburg and consists of Carlo Peeters (born 6 October 1962-Erftstadt (D) June 15, 2006) as singer and Guy Peeters, Johan Tyskens (bass), Jo Exelmans (guitar) Jos Claessens (guitar), Marcel Vermeulen (drums).
