  • "Pee Wee Herman" is none other than "Hank the Deuce", Henry Fords grandson, Henry Ford II. He was mustered out of the Navy in war time to come back and run the Ford Motor Company while the made bombers and other war material.

  • the guy with the broken foot looks lit pee wee herman

  • Back when it was safe to walk the streets!!

  • You know for a Plant it actually looked nice.

  • Thanks for a wonderful video of the "glory days" of Highland Park and the Ford Plant. It is sad to see the great smokestacks come tumbling down. It hurts my heart. My love of Detroit. What Detroit and all of its people created. Now it is Atlas Shrugged. A great city laid waste. How can I make Detroit gain back it's Power and Glory? The finest city in America!

  • Pretty cool. Is that Clay Ford with the broken foot? The place was designed to work AND be beautiful. To bad it had to end.

  • Oh, man. That's my city down the to the time capsule in front of HP High @ the end of the video (Which is where I graduated)! I LOVE this video, thank you SO MUCH!
