So I got bored and tried this. Its what I got. Pullups: 20 Perfect pushups on chair: 50. 30 Reps of 20. (im not a big bicep guy). Narrow Grip= 15. You suck at working out/ making videos. Check out ScottHermanFitness. He will help you with working out, in the gym or at home with body weight.
