It's very simple: if you're a tv-personality you think what you are told to think, or at least pretend to.

Yeah, this kind of film is obviously not the kind of raw material anyone would wanna use to get a picture of what's really going on. If Sackur or his host had the balls to be honest and expose the complete sham that is this 'war on terror', they wouldn't be allowed to function in the spotlights, would they?

osama land weird interviewer

He was doing exactly what he should.
It was not a film promotion but an interview to make people think about the issues spoken about.

hard talk has become a farce!
this guy really thinks that the aim of the movie was to find osama bin laden.

Sackurs, I know it's Hard Talk but when you ask a question, wait for the answer, don't answer it yourself. Why do you ask if you already know...?

Although I like interview, Sackurus, in my view, seemed to be reluctanto to accept that are nice, law-abidding, generous muslims (see how much he tries to discredit the docs´ scenes showing reular people in Cairo, eyc)

The main objective is to undermine any attempt to question the official line. The BBC is a government news organisation. That is its purpose, and to be surprised at its adherence to and defence of the government line would be to miss the point.
This interviewer is an angry individual. Spurlock is amazing in bringing attention to major issues that are otherwise glossed over by American media. What he is doing is SO important. He creates a non-bias environment unlike much of our media. I thank him greatly for shedding light on events and subjects that should be looked at deeply.

Its a good interview, i think. Its good that Sackurs puts Morgan to the test. A good interviewer should pose tough questions, especially on a topic like this. It is one that is become more relevant every day in a shrinking world.
Its ironic that its the politics that are supposed to bring us together is maybe what drives us further apart...
