Megaman Zero 3 Energy Facility Stage Speed Run Hard mode

11th of Megaman Zero 3 speed run series Hard mode. Cleartime 3'43 in Energy Facility. This is one of the longest stages in the game and one of the toughest, but other then the braincramp I had when slashing the bomb halfway through, pretty happy in the fast run of the stage.

dont know if you still check these, but during Cubit's flame separation (where he is invincible and spreads into 5 flames) is that the only way to dodge that attack?

You can do a dash / jump to avoid, but this is easier.

I love the recoil rod it's all the fun of triple rod pogo sticking but it hits faster and allows you to jump super high and launch people into each other

I found an easier way, stay at the top of a wall and jump when one is about to touch you.

yeah, i just record the battles, i mainly use the buster to make it a challenge though :P
