Short film I made in digital video one 2008 using only still images, in my 2nd year BDes. It based on a girl who suffers from PTSD (Post traumatic Stress disorder) after an attack. This hasn't happened to me or anyone I know, but I researched into it and hopefully I've represented alright- i was working from a quote "surival isn't just about living, but the quality of living" - was going to include at end but thought video represented it already.
and sorry for some of the audio it screwed up in some places b4 hand in and didn't have time to touch up, so if you've got problems with audio don't worry i know.

  • Wow, I just learned by clicking more that out of 2367 views there have been only 8 replies. This is since a link was posted on one of the women veterans pages. It figures--PSTD sufferers are paranoid and agoraphobic so they may WANT to be helped, but they are so paralyzed by the trauma that the JUST CAN'T. I find this all the time. It is probably the greatest challenge for everyone longing to help.

  • Oops. I didn't write as much as I wanted because I kept hearing the "zaap" sound track and thought it was my computer telling me I was out of words. I am a very new Facebook user. Experienced EFT Practitioner :-) You can find me on Facebook at Wounded Warrior Healers.

  • PTSD responds exceptionally well to EFT. Lots of good videos, but none nearly as good as this. Google EFT and women veterans for web pages

  • I think the idea had potential but the music in the background needed to be more suited and each image transition needed to be smoother to keep the story flowing.
