Wow, this is about QUITTING. This is what we teach our children, the American way is about QUITTING? When your team is down or when the going gets rough and tough...just QUIT?? I want to thank Dr. King, Kate Sheppard, Gen. George Washington and others like them for never giving up and fighting for a better life.

@refbum1 you are missing the point; it shouldn't suck to work at Disney. Disney is a place where dreams are made real, not where dreams meet harsh reality with a loud SMACK in the face.

If they know they can't raise a family on $7.70 an hour, don't have kids. Get an education, start your own business and stop freeloading. Boohoo I have kids and have to go to the food pantry. It's not the kids fault the parents are huge failures.

Everyone wants to always blame someone else for not "succeeding".

You can always QUIT. Someone else would love to have that job. I'd FIRE everyone in that video tape and let them go pump gas or bag groceries.

Union will not win this.

James, thanks for standing up to the "GREEDIEST COMPANY ON EARTH"!! I'm a former Disney Cast Member (16 1/2 yrs of service) and can sympathize with everyone who still works there. It sickens me, that a company like Disney, can make the kind of profits that it does & get away with treating their employees like slaves! I hope this documentary and the contract negotiations, work in favor of all of the dedicated Cast at Walt Disney World!!
