I wonder if it is the greatest song by Md Rafi....the voice,the rhythm the healing sadness and modulation of the rhythmic voice..I have not tired of hearing this song for the last 45 years or even more....Will there be anything like this in the furure of music and songs....

This wonderful song is the one I loved so much when i was a mere school going lad,and used to hear on Radio Ceylon in a pan shop in a distant town in Bihar(Now in Jharkhand). I have never seen the film nor knew from what film this song was. I was only impressed by Mohd Rafi's scintillating voice and the words of the poetry which I used to relate to my own life. Mohd Rafi's voice and his rendition brought out what all i used to feel about my own life. Thank you tauseefphy,we have similar taste!
