At the beginning I thought it's a real documentary. My doubt rises when I saw this ignorant guy behind camera kept interrupting those pilots...British comdey doesn't make any sense to people from rest of world.

Thats the whole point, its a complete piss take of firstly general documentry story telling and secondly in this case, pilots. The situations created are akward and if you actually listen to what they are saying, most of it makes no sense, hilarious! And....given most of our successful comedy is sold onward and remade for 'the rest of the world' perhaps its just you that doesnt get it?

Heh. Makes sense to people to appreciate that kind of deadpan humor :)
