Like all calendars they end just like this one did and the Mayan's failed to create and new one to continue from were the old one left off and because of that ever one is freaking out!! LMFAO

@hadhad06 Because it works in cycles. It's not like the world is supposed to end. It's that the world "as we know it will end". That could mean anything. For instance solar flares knocking out power all over the place. That would be a HUGE deal. I don't know if anything will actually happen but something like solar flares doing this could easily happen. I believe in the '90s about 6 million people in Canada lost power because of solar flares.
