Please visit www.VitaMixLady.com for the recipes I use in my demonstrations. I love my Vita-Mix blender because it helps me make nutritious and delicious foods for my family.

  • You are very pretty vita mix lady with your hat off. I saw you on your website.

  • @gerry3x LIKE ;-)

  • @agapemom Hey Lee Ann can you answer a couple of questions. Why does the Vita-Mix have a plastic container instead of a glass one. Also I plan on getting one soon as I can afford it. Bed Bath & Beyond has the CIA Professional serious for 450 plus I have a 20% off coupon. I don't see this series on the Vita-Mix website though??

  • @gerry3x The container is made of Tritan Copolyester (does not release BPAs). A low-powered blender can be made of glass. The Vitamix blades spin 4 times faster and the motor is 8 times stronger than a blender - a stray seed would shatter glass. The CIA is only sold in stores and has a cookbook for caterers and chefs. The ideal model for home use is the 5200 - it has a cookbook for family cooking. Please email me (my email is on my Vitamix Lady website)

  • @agapemom Thank you for the info. But doesn't the container get discolored and dull after some usage?

  • @gerry3x Hello Gerry, there are solutions for that. Please email me.

  • @agapemom Great! Thanks!

  • Hello, sorry for the SHORT reply, but I'm at a show and will be late for work if I don't run. 1) I don't sell it (thanks for asking), 2) I would not recommend using it every day. 3) it is best to rotate your greens. Check out Victoria Boutenko's books or blogs for information on why it is important to rotate your greens. Foods that tend to be allergenic (like soy) should not be eaten every day either :-)

  • Hello. First let me say that you are an excellent demonstrator and your videos are invaluable. Thank you for posting them. Now, I have several questions:

    1. I found the website for the protein powder you're using. Do you sell it or do I just buy it from the website?

    2. If I do buy it, would you recommend using it every day? There are so many conflicting opinions on soy.

    3. I make the same smoothie every day and incorporate kale and spinach. Is it okay to use the same greens daily? Thanks!

  • @lancebrothers The Ninja is quite a bit better than most blenders, but there are only two main brands in the same category as the VItamix: 1) The Vitamix, and 2) The brand which must remain unnamed ;-)
