GTA IV - GOD MODE TRAINER TUTORIAL (Patch 3) & GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIVE

Now you can play GTA IV online with Games For Windows Live and be undead/god mode meaning no health effect for nico... Simple tutorial, easy to follow. Yes its my computer talking. This works for patch 3. Remember to install the patch first. Make sure you are not upgrading from no patch or patch 1 to patch 3, you need to install patch 1 then 2 then 3. Have the latest drivers for your GPU. Pause the video as much as you want, seems i went to fast for others to follow.

Backup your GTA IV save game located at:
X:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

replace "X" and "*YOUR USERNAME*" with the letter of the disk drive and your windows user name.

TO ENABLE FIX:
Press J while playing the game.

hey how do you check what version you have. i think i have the unpatched version and i dont want to patch it. (i have it for xbox anyways) is there any trainer or similar way to hack the game without patch? Thanks

@1996SG This version is for the pc. Yes you can find trainers which may be easier for you. Just search "GTA IV Trainer PC Download". If you think it is unpatched, then follow the tutorial.

the GTA FIX,does is Use for Crack 1.0.7? and does is fix drunk camera and auto drive?

@tuppi113007 It is meant for 1.0.3, you can find others on the internet. This one does fix drunk camera (when you launch from RSGSC and there is no auto drive issue).
