I think it is one of the more prestigious events. Yu-Gi-Oh! is very strong in SoCal, though, so that might have had something to do with the lower turnout.

yeah i just looked it up, i think it is more popular in denmark i saw an interview on line at a convention saying it was popular in denmark, and another article online that said, now this could be a little old but its the 2nd most popular or sold or something card game in canada and 4th in the US. So the lack of turnout surprises me, if you type in "chaotic tcg sales in canada" you can see it, now i am not saying chaotic is better or worse at all, just was interesting to me.
