why is it that americans CANNOT use bleach?! the lower the peroxide, the less yellow you get, and you CAN use 10 vol aand bleach, ive even used 7vol in wella . Im ginger and i got it white in 20 min..... Im a professional and ive never fried my hair.. Ive also used 20% on my asian friends and gtten em pale yellow....

what bleach do you use?? most people are going from a level 2 to blonde and it isnt always easy there alot of ethnic people who have stubborn hair, a 10 would never work on my roots id be left with ginger hair ughhh i have to use a 30.

It doesnt matter what bleach I use,Ive used everything! our theory is: the higher the peroxide, the fster the lightening, 8 wich will go too fast to bleach away all the warm undertones) so we use lower peroxide to cancel more of the yellowness out! just sit a lil while longer, Ive never had a client for more than 40 min in the chair and they are non yellow

i have a friend that only needs a 2o developer and it will go past the yellow stage, i wish all hair was the same ugghhh thanx for sharing!!!

i dyed my hair black a hell of a long time ago& then recently tried to dye it red i thought for some reason because it had almost been a year the red would cover the black& i was wrong lol. so i dyed it dark brown& i wantd to try to go red again, i saw hella reviews that ppl use the loreal hi color highlights dyes and they work really good so i used it i processed my hair once it didnt come out red enough where the black/brown was& i had enough to dye it again so i did(i used a 30vol) but its s

hi those loreal red hi lifts are only for virgin hair, hair that has no color in it.

if its colored dark hair no also if you use a 10 developer on virgin hair no but sometimes the toner with a 20 developer will lift it a tiny bit at the roots(on virgin hair) if you leave the toner on for under 10 minutes you will be ok
