if it's SO terrible why don't they get the army or national police or something to interfere? if young people are loosing their lives over simply being stupid, someone HAS to do something! where are the police in all this? do they just give up cause it's simply too 'mad'? i live in canada and i can't believe something like this happening

This is a tricky year, as Christmas Eve falls on a Saturday, which is already a big night to go out. Friday will be the worst by far, because it has the reputation, people plan to go out on that day. Christmas Eve may be iffy, but not as bad as the Friday. Christmas night everyone is way too drunk from the day! Hahah. Just watch your back i say.
