Back handsprings are in a sense a type of back flip. You can begin working up to back handsprings by beginning first with back bridging and then working up to back walkovers. Progressive training is necessary to prevent getting hurt!

But are Gymnastics moves only for flash?

Wrestling, judoka and boxers have been using the bridge since their arts emerged, though each have unique reasons of using them . . .
