2004 footage of first night out with 20" rubber powered Cessna C-38 from a 1930s Guillows plan. Music, Cessna Concerto #38C, by Ben Hallman. http://www.hallmanstudio.com/cessnadark.jpg
Nothing as majestic as a rubber powered plane in flight. I'm an E-flyer but this should remain rubber powered IMHO. No whining motor. I've built a few rubber planes before. It was a lot of work building and even more trimming out. But I learned more from my Guillow 95 Cub than any other plane I've built. And the sense of accomplishment was second to none.
beautiful plane well done
