G-Map 1.3.1 GPS Navigation WITH VOICE for iPhone

XRoad GPS updated their G-Map US iphone app to version 1.3.1, adding voice navigation to the mix. This version does NOT have spoken street names, however. Despite this omission, the addition of voice prompts is very much welcome and adds to the usefulness of this app.

The app is available in two flavors: G-Map US West for the west coast and much of the mid-west, and G-Map US East for eastern states. Both versions retail for $34.99 (sale price that WILL increase) on the App Store, but is a free update for owners of previous versions.

UPDATE 1: G-Map US East is now at 1.3.1, which includes voice navigation as shown in the video.

UPDATE 2: XRoad has INCREASED the price of G-Map US to $34.99. Note that this is a SALE price, so the price will increase even further after the sale. So hurry while this new price is in effect!

UPDATE 2: XRoad just released G-Map CA (just California maps) and G-Map NY NJ (New York and New Jersey maps). Both apps are currently on-sale for $19.99.

Does it have landscape mode? How much space does it consume on the phone compared to other 1GB+ navigation apps? Thanks for the review.

@gladel The app does have a landscape mode. I only have the U.S West version of the app, which the most current version is 911 MB.
