Muscle Ups Modified (EASIER VARIATION) by Tuan Tran, all natrual powerlifter/bodybuilder. I have been asked if I can do Muscle Ups, and the answer is yes, ON MY BEST DAY AND ONLY 1 TO 2. It is a tough exersice. This is an easier variation of the muscle up. Enjoy. PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT PROPER TRAINING

  • to make them easier... stay in a false grip... meaning keeping the heel of your palm on the rings at all time... it feels awkward... but its hugely easier. just a thought.

  • @toldjya very true. the false grip is awkward at first but you do get use too it. I did not apply it till after I made this video and someone told me about. Only then was I able to do 1 regular muscle up on the rings, but only one. good post

  • Tuan, I notice you do a lot of body weight exercises in your workouts. If you want to add some serious bw exercises, search "bartendaz" and these guys do a lot of advanced bw movements and they're probably around 200lbs. Not trying to give you advice because you obviously know what you're doing, I just thought it might help with creativity. =)

  • damn tuan can barely do 2-3 muscle ups...them niggas like hanh and frank can do it like its nothing...its sooo crazy how they do it...but these 3 guys right here, are my motivation

  • To do them with your legs like that looks like it takes a lot of flexibility and stability.

    So even when you're "cheating", it's still impressive in it's own right.

  • that look hard bro..working hard on the lat-chest-tricep-shoulder-a good full upper workout..imagine after 5set of 10..man that would be hardcore...nice work
