There is gold and petroleum in that computer you are using and the electricity is most likely from a coal fired power plant.Why force big companies to make sacrifices that you won't make?

$13,000 of taxpayer money went into every EV1. And GM then crushed them. PERFECTLY GOOD CARS that you had to pry out of the leaseholders cold dead hands.
