Clapton really is such a faggot.
-
Hey - don't knock John Fahey - he did more for the blues and roots music genre than probably anyone in the latter half of the 20th century.
-
I don't get it... is he pretending to be a real bluesman?
Patton did Some Summer Day which was the first recording made in the arrangement of Robert Johnson's "Come On In My Kitchen"... this sounds more like a whiney impression of Robert Johnson than Patton

@DiamondSoul whatever you say

Sure Clapton is great, but Fahey is greater.

@mradamcooley tht's true , tht's the fuckin truth
-
why compare clapton and fahey. clapton's amazing.
-
gosh, i take a back seat to nobody as a fahey fanatic, but i'm glad his off-key caterwauling didn't creep into the other 99% of his music!
hes definitely better than eric clapton and his tired old blues riff. i stress the singular.
