Nothing more satisfying than beating a gym leader then watching your pokemon evelvo from all the exp they gained.

2 is actually safe from nostalgia fags since when gen 2 came, pokemon was at its absolute prime, red, blue, yellow, and green if ur in japan kicked ass, but the 2nd game were such a huge improvement over the 1st game, just go play the original red and blue and then play the original gold and silver and see how much was added, it was exactly how u make a sequel

I hate nostalgia fags who say that generations 2-5 suck because they aren't generation 1. just stfu already; they're all great games with good music and story and awesome pokemon.
