Cleaster Cotton, President and CEO of Primal Blends Global, Inc., prepared a vegetarian plate of Kale, Cabbage and Green Peas, Okra, Spelt Berries and Nori Sea Weed - served with a Pumpkin Seed Flat Cake. The children, Pharaoh Benzo, Myoho Benzo and Ajani Banks - naturalists, vegan vegetarians - enjoyed their dining experience. This meal, one of many, was prepared during the 2009-2010 Primal Blends Global, Inc. Journey to Health and Wellness Intensive ~ Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

  • i love your family! do you have a cookbook? we are preparing to start a family, and we admire your food ethic. Look at those beautiful, healthy children!

  • I LOVE THIS, SHOWED THIS VIDEO TO MY SON 5YR OLD "SULTAN" AND HE WAS EXCITED TO SEE THE CHILDREN EAT WITH EXCITEMENT IN THEIR VOICES. HE SAID "MOM I CAN EAT HEALTHY LIKE THEM TOO". !!!! thank you wonderful for sharing this

  • Your children are beautiful and the food looked very delicious! :) BTW...I heard you say towards the end of the video that you cook the outer leaves of the cabbage. I cooked out outer leaves once, but it was so tough. Do you cook it longer than you would the inner cabbage leaves?

  • What a great job you are doing feeding your children such healthy foods! They also have very good manners and are so calm. I would attribute those great qualities to their healthy vegetarian lifestyles!

  • funny looks like they are eating really good to me :) and full of so much love <3

  • poor kids...look like they're starving.
