A new Ginetta.
-Info-
Following Friday's teaser, Ginetta has revealed their new G60 sports car.
Essentially a revised Farbio GTS, the G60 has a carbon fiber body, LED-infused headlights and a sporty rear fascia. The car also has a limited-slip differential, but forgoes power steering, anti-lock brakes and traction control for an undiluted driving experience.
Power comes from a Ford Mustang-sourced 3.7-liter V6 engine with 310 hp (231 kW / 314 PS). This doesn't sound overly impressive, but the company says the 1,100 kg (2,425 lbs) coupe can accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than four seconds and hit a top speed of 165 mph (265 km/h).
Early last year Ginetta announced the buy out of Farbio and launched the F400 to commemorate the occasion.
Production of the G60 will be limited to 50 units and pricing starts at £68,000 (€78,930 / $104,595).
after the g40r which had such a pure design language this is fussy and ugly.
