Technique description of a tight turn or power turn. Most hockey players cannot do a tight turn at full speed without either falling down or making it really wide and slow, so I wanted to do a video showing the technique of it.
The most important part of the technique is balance, I just want to stress that. If you have trouble with tight turns, try to work on balance like the video suggests. For me, it was the difference between my weak side and my strong side.
The audio got messed up some how when I uploaded it, I appologize.
I love these analyses of yours.

This is amazingly helpful. Usually I'd be going full speed and I'd have to slow down to make a tight turn. Now I know how to make a tight turn without loseing momentum. All I gotta do now is practice it!
