Very messy, nobody knows whats goin' on, vocals comin' in and out "willy nilly", and I'm a person who likes a tune to have a few changes, more interesting for me, ....... BUT............ ."Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah yer lookin' good"....... Great tune!!
Got it on tape in late 70's early 80's with Cairos, JD Bryant, Soulettes etc. NEVER seen a real one....... too young you see:-))

When times were hard, it had to find a new home, but its fondly remembered.

What a hot, beautiful mess this tune is. The singer has limited range, the production not exactly first rate (not much more than 2 mics, if that), but I wouldn't trade it for the slickest Gamble-Huff treatment. Love the change-up of the rhythm and chords -- so fresh & inventive. Makes me happy each time I hear it.
