Do you need to undistort footage before tracking? And remove noise? Please help.

@izvarzone it's not necesary, although it is better if your frames are not interlaced.

how your optical camera or webcam recognize the object? and what tools u use for it.

@MrFortain I took the video with a microsoft webcam, after that i imported the video to PFtrack. Using the dots in the paper sheet as reference for focal lenght and dimmensions i tracked the reference points and exported them to 3ds max, i created the object in 3ds max and animated it, after hours of tweaking lighting and texturing i rendered theanimated object as a transparent secuence of images. I imported the video in sony vegas for final editing and compositing. And that's it.
