Demo Video for Kenwood KFC-6982ie Speakers

This is the demo video for the Kenwood KFC-6982ie 6x9 5 way speakers. Not exactly sure how this will turn out since it is going to be played through computer speakers, but the goal here was to show that these speakers, even when cranked up to nearly maximum volume, do not crackle, distort, or become muffled or anything of the sort. At near maximum volume (without an amplifier) these speakers produce clear, deep, crisp sound. And it is a shame that I have to get rid of them :( they were the pride and joy of my previous car when I had them in. And sadly, they dont fit my new car :( otherwise I would have jumped at the bit to install them ASAP. But all I have in my new car is 6 1/2" speakers. My previous one was the same, but due to the fact that it was a 1997 with 150,000+ miles on it, we(my friend and I) figured that it would be fun and well worth the time to custom fit these bad boys in the rear deck of the car. And I loved it when we finished it. Anyways, to see the spec sheet on these speakers, I have posted the crutchfield link below. And if you wanted to see these things in action with the amplifier and all (back in my old car, go watch my other video "Cole Gets Hit" and the blue Subaru you'll see in it has the stereo cranked up only to a volume of 10 (out of 35). It doesn't show the stereo or anything but my camera was a good 50 feet away and the sound came through nice and clear.

Thanks for watching my horrible demo video. The only video I do not have on here is one for the amplifier. The reason is because I would have to drill a hole in the car's trunk and run wires from the battery to the trunk just to demo the amplifier. Again, thanks for watching, and hopefully this will help show you that I am serious about what I am selling and that they do in fact work. Thanks guys. Enjoy.

hi i have bought the same speakers but where should i buy connector for 14 awg cable to plug it in to speakers or should i just strip wire and tap arround speakers hole. please let me know where can i buy connectors i am in uk

@montyncfc I have Sennheiser IE8s, you know those ridiculously expensive in ears. Don't worry about how something sounds in a video, it's so untrue to life no matter how good your audio equipment is that you are listening on. Besides all speakers sounds like shit outside of a box.

Appreciate the sound test, was considering buying these. they sound tinny on my seinheizer head phones but i dont think they are. better off housing them next time. it makes a HUGE difference to the sound quality and the bass. i would house them in mdf box or make sure they are mounted on thick dense wood other wise you get too much vibration and wood gives you a much deeper, richer, warmer sounds.

I have a pair of them in my charger. I would have 2 pair but the magnet on them are too big so I couldn't let the window all the way down.
