Can you make another video of this train? I want to see the rest of the cars. I need an idea for my Capitol Limited. Thanks!

@bnsfmike21 Hi! That's so funny! That's the one I bought! AMAZING VIDEO

Where can you get real P-42 sounds for it? Is it just a new sound board from a manufacturer and, if so could you send me a link to the web site.

@AmtrakFlorida I have the 2010 V 1 genesis and its pretty detailed. The lighting is excellent. It has the green marker lights in the front.

@bnsfmike21 Oh ok. I do the same with mine in DCS. Do you think the new P42s in the 2010 V1 Catalog are more detailed? Because the one's you and I have are from 2001 or something, and the cab light is terrible. I always turn it off.

@bnsfmike21 The soundset the phase V specials came w/ is an F40 soundset believe or not (curse u MTH!). I changed mine to a legit P42. btw, Im totally jealous of your k-line cars. I plan on getting an MTH santa fe baggage car and have jeff paint it after i add air vents and mod the door windows w/ styrene to make the prototypical single window.
There's a way to switch out the sound system if you have DCS. I have a PS2 Premier genesis #107 in Phase IV, which I may get painted at my local hobby store into Phase V. I wonder why yours has green markers and mine has red... and by the way, do they doors on that baggage car open? Thanks

Yes the baggage doors open.
The early version Genesis engines were correct with the red markers. The later versions went to green. I turn them off under DCS normally. MTH commonly makes this mistake. Latest ES44DC CN has green markers, should be red.

Charlie,
There was a thread on the forum about a guy replacing speakers with better quality ones, maybe on the 2 Rail or 3RS section. The soundset on the P42's in the video is terrible....sounds like my vacuum cleaner. With the #3,4,5,6 all stopping in Naperville, I know what it should sound like at idle, start-up, etc.
