  • @HevyToy yes bro.When u go heavier you always lower the reps,The heavier u go u train ur mass,the lighter u go it trains ur shape.

  • has anyone tried this im looking to get bigger and need alot of help. i loose weight like you wouldnt believe if i dont eat or go gym, but i have to work so hard just to put on the smallest amount. has any had any real results?

    i know that i was responding to him saying how could it mean lighter, it obviously means heavier.

  • @matklstrength 12, 10, 8, 6. 6 means go heavier on each set
