I don't know what everybody expected. If you took the Power Rangers out of the picture, it'd just be your average shitty adventure flick. I got a genuine impression that Saban was having fun with making this film. Bottom line, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie was OK at best. It's not a masterpiece by any means, and it sure isn't Citizen Kane, but who would've expected it to be? You check your brain at the door, sit down, and enjoy.

@RoyStantz How exactly have I offended you by stating my opinion? There is no need to be rude; I even stated that you're entitled to your own opnion, so am I. Why such needless hostility?

@TheItalianStallion51 Yeah because Billy originally created the turbo powers, and the whole Zeo destruction thing supposed to happen in the episode hoax called scorpion rain.

But the one thing that I still can't get over is that they pretty much just abandoned the Zeo powers and didn't really say what happened to them. They weren't destroyed...they just "disappeared"...which killed me because Zeo is actually my favorite season! I was so sad to see it go!!! I just wish they had addressed the Zeo powers a little more...but if they budget got cut as bad as it did, well they couldn't help it. :(

Yo, bud! I remember seeing Turbo in the theater, and I did like it back then. I was a little skeptical about Justin being a ranger, and was kind of hoping that Rocky would come back. But that didn't happen. :( I wouldn't say it's a better film then the first one, but I do enjoy watching it once in a while. The soundtrack is INCREDIBLE! And the fact that it included the Zeo songs, it is one of my favorite soundtracks ever!!!
@pastordomino. Yeah, but David left, so they deleted the concept. Wasn't sure if the actual scenes were shot.

@SVU1979 And the whole Zeo powers thing, they had to write it off due to the budget, which sucks and I also think it's cause David Yost left. But my friend said originally there was going to be a Zord battle with Divatox in which the Zeo powers were to be destroyed, but who really knows. In my mind, the Zeo powers still exist, they just haven't been used (execpt Tommy in Forever Red).

@SVU1979 Thanks for the comment dude. I don't recall seeing this one in theater, could be cause it was a limited release. But, I got the video as soon as it came out, and loved it ever since. I know I kinda say in the review that I like this one better than the first one, but I didn't mean, it just kinda came out that way. LOL. I like the approach to this one more, closer to the series. I listen to the soundtrack all the time, kick-ass.

@RoyStantz Very well put. Saban had fun with everything they did and that's why I still enjoy their stuff.
