To jessewilliams: This is a "neoclassic" style of music, and certain structure forms and harmonic influence is all over the place. is pinched from the classical forms. To that is the "neo" part, which you find in Stravinsky's metrical choices, dissonances and other tasty treats. I hope that clarifies for you. Do some research. Peace.
