I agree with this to a point, except for those that wander the cube farm creating more tasks rather than trying to promote a team environment, share information ,etc.
So, trying to perfect this while allowing people the time to focus at their desk once in a while.

I am a sole trader and I live by MBWA the more exposure the better but in my case I call it Mastery By Wandering Around
