@DarkDragon1889 yes, again, that's her instincts kicking in. It doesn't mean she's irritated. Every Dog, Cat, Mouse, or even Turtle will do that. She only moved to where she felt safest. If she was irritated she'd be crying her head off.

@aoinatafanboy84 All cats have the ability to swim; stating that doesn't really prove anything. I said that she was irritated because of the initial behavior. Look more closely; the second that they put her into the bathtub, she immediately swam towards the edge of the tub where the water was the shallowest and appeared to be trying to find solid footing. Even when her owners moved her to the center, she quickly swam back towards the edge.

@ilike2talkbackwards that's true, that is something to be cautious for. but her parents were watching over her in case she had trouble.

@DarkDragon1889 learn to distinguish between irritated and curious. She didn't whine or cry once. She was completely comfortable and at ease. The fact she was swimming even tells that her instincts kicked in nicely.

a cat does not like water, and is not a swimmer! stupid Yankee

@DarkDragon1889 First bath = first swim. She's not a pro swimmer so just because she was swimming against the tub doesn't mean she was irritated.
i hate it when cats can swim better than me
