Well during the summer 2008 i believe it was me and my good friend were filming a thunder storm and this part was just the very end of it so luckily we were filming from an overhang in my apartment and this happened!

1:28 shows a positive streamer. Very lucky that wasn't the connecting bolt. I believe it was the chimney in the background that likely got struck or something very close that. Very good video of that strike.

ah good stuff. i love it when its like mid day but the sky is pitch black from the meanest looking storm clouds. :) (may not of been mid day in vid tho lol, just sayin) haven't had a good storm yet in 2011 where i live :(
