Hello!

RSS users UNITE! ; )

This is a relatively quick explanation of a better way of giving the folks who follow your blog via RSS much, MUCH quicker content.

I explain the basic premise behind the PuSHPress plugin, the added functionality it gives your site, and, in the end, how it benefits your readers.

I also show how darn easy it is to install and activate!

Enjoy!

  • @HannaPesca Hey! RSS works ideally for blogs as they're prone to frequent updates that warrant someone to want to follow your site on a regular basis. WordPress only supplies RSS for it's blog & comments. People HAVE integrated RSS to their static HTML sites but, there really isn't much need or purpose to it since the info on the site doesn't change all the much. Think of RSS as a digital magazine subscription with each bit of content being another magazine being delivered to your subscribers.

  • Would there be any value to having the PushPress plugin if your site was a Website and not a Blog? Would it be helpful to let your readers know if you have added something new on your Website? Or is this meant for a site that has frequently added materials?

  • @art79red You're quite welcome! I'm glad you found it useful! :) Have a great day!

  • Thanks!
