Auditioning! *dun dun duhhhhh*

For this to make at least *some* sense, please read:

I had an audition for a show tonight so I gave myself a personal challenge to make a video of my prep for it. And this wasn't just any challenge, my friends. Oh no. It was a two-parter.

Part 1: Stop all the "likes" and "ums." If necessary: JUST. SHUT. UP.

Part 2: This bad boy's gonna require a lot of editing, so if necessary: JUST. SHUT. UP. And not pnly because shutting up will help the editing process, but because I really should exercise that directive a bit more frequently. Here and-- and in real life...

After the prep part I couldn't just let things go with an almost totally silent vid, so I continued to film on my way to and from the aud. Maybe when I find out how it went I'll tack up a few more details.

A lot of people who audition for that stuff are talented, or know the right people, or whatever. But the ones who are STARS are the ones who are THEMSELVES and can keep it REAL. I hope you rocked 'em!

So your audition's only a few days away, eh? So exciting! What's the gig? Acting? Modeling?

My best advice? Hold your head high, ask questions when you have them, and TAKE WHATEVER DIRECTION THEY GIVE YOU!! I'm sure you'll do great. Best of luck to you! :D
