The Swedish bit at the start:
From norella18: "The American singer-songwriter Elliott Smith very tragically comitted suicide at the age of only 34years old. Even though the person Elliott Smith never will return his music remains very much. Judging by all the wishes we have recieved from people in the country about Elliott Smith he is everything else but forgotten here in Sweden."
The song is called 'Waltz #2 (XO)', a single from Elliott's album 'XO'. It's his 4th album and was released in 1998. Read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XO_(album)

"I'm so glad that my memory's remote, 'cause I'm doin' just fine hour to hour note to note..."
How many times have you listened to Elliott and said, "I wish I wrote that!"
Elliott was a virtuoso with total originality. I miss him every time I hear him. This is a great version of Waltz #2. Cool vid. Thanks for posting it.
