The Dukes of September (Donald Fagen, Boz Scaggs and Michael McDonald) and their All-Star Band bust out this Grateful Dead classic at Red Rocks on September 27th, 2010.
Some people were thrown off because they played very little of their own songs but you could tell they were having fun on this tour. Was glad to catch it in KC.
@Sunflower0122Z -Him and Levon playing together is a personal thrill for me.Have only seen Donald and Levon on Youtube but did see Levon and his perfect Band in Charlotte NC in May.Best and most spiritual show ever been to.
Fagen on the Grand piano, wow nice. I missed this tour when it came through back in the summer. He is also playing with Levon at Rambles as well. I have to see one of those.
After 3 nights of Furthur at Red Rocks...It was nice to have a mellow night. Of course another Dead song to keep the vibe going was great. This was a great version of the Dead classic...Thanks
