Me aged 2 3/4. I have spastic quadraplegia and Cerebral Palsy. My parents were left rather in the dark and so had to raise me as best they could with little medical input.

Here, my Dad is trying to teach me sensory perception using objects I am familiar with.

Also, an insight into my speech development, as I begin to discuss the birth of my sister, Michelle Louise three days later.
I am now 23 and a law student. I cannot thank my parents enough for everything. I love you both so much. xx

  • @pocketxpie Awww thank you! He really IS the best. I know every little girl things the world of their Daddy... but mine is one of the most laid back, proactive Dads that I know. Despite everything he won't HEAR of me missing out.

  • what a good daddy! you're so blessed :)

  • @TheGuiltyOnes22 Thank you. He's just as blessed to have me. If you see the later video with me and him now, you'll see we are still just as close.

  • shes so cute and obviously very loved. God Bless her.

  • @333pinkitty Thank you very much. Much appreciated. Yes, my parents love me a lot and it is to their credit that I have managed so well in spite of my disadvantaged start in life.

  • @Goury1 Sorry, saw your 2nd question just now. My handwriting is fine, though I get tired fairly soon, so tend to type or dictate to someone else to write. I am a proficient touch-typist and can do that for hours by myself.

  • @Goury1 I don't know. the Drs just did not tell thm

  • Adorable!

Why were your parents left in the dark?

And another question, do you have trouble with handwriting? If so, how do you cope with this problem?
