Mexican Army Incursion Into US at Laredo, TX

Armed Mexican troops, dispatched to Nuevo Laredo, in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas, crossed into the US at the Laredo, TX checkpoint.
Nuevo Laredo is under martial law, however, since the drug lords do not want the Mexican media to talk about the issue, there seems to be a news blackout.
