You are preaching to the choir on this one. Management is too busy negotiating their next golden parachute clause to give a rats behind about anyone, anywhere, anytime other than themselves. "Enhancing Shareholder Value" is just an example of the latest oxy-moronic talk used to justify running an iconic company further into the dirt. Ask any shareholder who has seen Lucent stock fall from the $80's/share to current levels, where the "Enhancement" went.
