With that said if teenagers decide to commit adult crimes such as murder,kidnapping,assault, and rape for example I feel that they should be held to the same standards as the adults that commit these same crimes. They made a plan and they executed it therefore legally they knew what they were doing and they knew it was wrong but still did it anyway.

Yeah I am sorry but in this case and others like it giving these kids probation and community service is like giving them a slap on the wrist only teaching them very little consequences for their actions. What they did was planned cold and calculated. To let these teens back on the streets with no time served is a grave injustice to the victim and her loved ones.
