'...you cannot be troubled by a thought that has no meaning for you... what is lingering is something that is ... loaded with "I" quality.. this makes me feel like this .. identity... can this identity be found.. you can do this looking now... on whom is this construct of thought impacting? who is suffering it? ... something is behind... what is viewing this closeness... lets close this gap.. no more intimacy... that's whole.. what is this? where will you be? ... home means.. where I am'

I had four different parasites. i got rid if three of them. One of them is still there. I have been suffering many years because of that.
Is that also because I alowe it to exist?

Is there an actual 'thing' that is getting to a place of recognition or stillness? Or is this just happening while it is observed?
Is there an actual 'thing' wondering what this feeling is? Or are the thoughts & feeling both observed?
What is observing this? Is it an actual thing? Is there even actually a 'thing' observing?
The reaction you have to this post, is there a 'thing', and 'I', having the reaction? Find it! Found it? What has found it?

You are asking about the owner of feelings and the stillness. This is good, but you already are attempting to formulate an answer without looking. You need to look and see if there is an owner of these experiences. You can't speak of recognition unless you are completely clear. True recognition answers all questions. Stillness, joy, love, fulfillment, all these are the fragrance of that recognition, but you are not that. Do not identify with even stillness, peace, love, etc.

you say " would that not just be another feeling? -maybe a beautiful feeling? because you are here to watch it."
the oneness or the watcher you talk about so frequently as 'emptyness' -how can it feel a beautiful feeling?
this is a genuine question as sometimes i get to a place of 'recognition' or stillness and a pleasant feeling arises but i often wonder is this the feeling of the body? or the mind? or the oneness?

It doesn't matter where you live, as long as you live where you are.
