this video is so true i am an 11 year old child and i have been taken away for no proper reason and it ruined my whole life now my family is on the verge of getting split up and my dad won't let my mum go and THIS VIDEO IS SO TRUE TRUST ME I KNOW MY FACTS!

@photomaster2000 i know that baby p was taken and returneds, im not thick! i am also aware that the law on child protection sucks! i am a trainee social worker myself and know that there is contradictions with the childrens order which is there to protect children but i also know that if it is applied correctly with childrens rights then there is nothing wrong with it! you ASSUMING that every social worker is the EXACT same and is only there to take children is what i am calling you a joke for!

@1linzjo acutally i would get ur fucking facts right before u post baby p was taken but given back to the parents, i will tell u why cause the sytem sucks amd is based on poiicy not law and ss belive the abusers and maipulaters, the sytem is to parent focused and not on whats best 4 the child

this is a joke! you obviously do not have a clue! social workers do not just go into anyones house and take a child away! there has to be significant reason to even go there in the first place never mind take away a child. so tell me, if they are only taking away children for the adoption targets to me, then why havnt they EVER been met?? and as you quoted above, they didnt take baby p or victoria climbe? sure if they were only trying to meet targets, why were they not taken????

@photomaster2000 as for this statement if there was no child protection system what do think would happen to the abused and neglected children of the uk? do u think abuse would just disappear? and as i said there is an overriding piece of legislation that is to be taken first and foremost above any other law called the united nations convention on the rights of a child. if this is used the way it is meant to be then the law for children does work!

@1linzjo i stand with the statement i seriously would jr the whole cp sytem in this country as most if it is policy based and illegal ss go above the law all the time the law is not the prob ss r cause the go above the law fraud documents and evidence and i never said i dont want a child protection sytem in this country

This is the stupidest Video i have seen!!! Ive been through foster care and was adopted by the age of 8!! My case wasnt bad compared to foster siblings i have had. CPS should actually be more involved!! They take kids out of homes to protect them! There are reason CPS comes to your house, they dont just show up for the fun of it!!! Get your facts straight before wasting your time making more videos, this is just pathetic!!!

@chiquitabananaforeva u say cps should be more involed yea they should be and target the acutal abusers and parents that should have thee kids removed, they do not take kids out of the homes to protect them if they they did then why r so many children left with the abusers then and so many deaths the whole child protection sytem needs an overhall most if it is illegal and based on policy
