Legislation has been introduced to the House of Representatives in Iowa that would completely outlaw abortion and mandate up to life in prison for those who purposefully terminate a pregnancy. This includes cases of rape, incest, or saving the life of the mother. In Oklahoma, lawmakers are one step closer to passing the Personhood Act, which gives rights to an individual embryo at the moment of conception, effectively outlawing even birth control. Darrel Issa hosted, a hearing about religious freedom versus health insurance having to cover contraception. But the hearing didn't include any women on the panel, not even a single person who disagreed with the Catholic Church. Feministe's Jill Filipovic discusses.

Christian, Islam, and Jewish zionists all want to drag us back to the bronze age. Actually, they want to destroy all the "other" and then create paradise on earth. Of course, it wouldn't be paradise. They would all just keep raping and killing until everyone is dead. Abrahamic religions are based on necrophilia and misogyny. Hand in hand! Seriously. They should be lined up and shot.

We don't need the gov in on abortion whatsoever. Not even for stolen $ allocations (med care). Doctors aren't allowed to work for free or decreased cost much at all. MIDWIVES do it all the time. Women do not need gov. They do not need the male medical establishment. They need midwives. They are out there. They do ALL the same work as OBGYNs and *more* on a sliding scale. No insurance or degradation in stirrups required.

Uh-oh! The boys are panicking and trying to leave women out! Ah well. The good ol boys are blind to what women are doing behind the scenes until it's TOO LATE.
Again and again. Alienating women only means they have more time to talk with each other about it and build their own structures. It's actually better than having them sucked in with these rich old white yes men.

Women aren't as stupid and un-connected as you think. Midwives have been doing OBGYN better than any establishment-owned dude "doctors". Since the dawn of time. It is the true oldest profession, not hooking (thanks misogynist memesters, real nice). There is a method called menstrual extraction that any woman can do to empty the uterus in time for camping or whathave you...
The info has been suppressed bc men want control.
Good view on the religious though. Esp religious leaders.

Puritans escaping religious persecution?
That's just part of the US creation myth.
Its the exact opposite, they 'escaped' a society that they felt was far too permissive. They wanted to keep their god given bigotry, no matter what the law of the land. The puritans wanted a place where their beliefs could become laws, exactly as they do today.

I hope you examine the hypocrisy surrounding the legal recognition of the blastocyst/embryo/fetus as a person. Filipovic's article 'Questions for Pro-Lifers' is really quite eye-opening. For instance, required police reports for miscarriage, any women who are sexually active subject to routine medical exams and forced to follow gov regs lest they fall pregnant?
Where does defending the unborn end and where do womens rights begin? Why is the line being drawn at all? How is this line being drawn?
